The V-STROM DL1050DE introduces several new features aimed at  optimising performance on unpaved surfaces.  This includes the adoption of a 21-inch wire spoke wheel, a longer rake and wheelbase to enhance control on gravel surfaces and increased suspension travel for better bump absorption.

Wider handlebars and wider steel footpegs provide better stability on the rougher roads.  Aluminium engine protection and an accessory bar come as standard equipment.

Also Gravel [G] mode has been added to the Suzuki Traction Control System and there is now ability to switch OFF rear ABS.
